As President and CEO I am involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and feel it is important to stay connected and be directly involved with our customers. Driving clear and measurable results every day through our management team is very important to me, and accomplishing optimum efficiencies in all service areas of our company is my focus.
I am very active with my family and spend time attending athletic, musical and school events. I love living and working in central New York, and enjoy everything that the four seasons of the area has to offer.
I am a firm believer in building positive relationships with my Highfield teammates, customers and vendors. Our day-to-day goals are to provide premier customer service while building relationships and working to be a seamless extension of your brand by servicing your customers in a way that you would be proud of.
Joseph Bonacci has a background as the Finance Director of a large multi-national pharmaceutical company where he developed a vision for excellence in customer service. He started Highfield Enterprises in 2003 to follow his passion and developed a call center organization that offers world-class customer care and telesales solutions across many industries. Highfield’s history and experience have proven to create innovative ideas that serve its valued clients.
